It has been a truly inspirational and moving seven days as we at Memoria North Oxfordshire and Memoria Barnby Moor remembered our fallen heroes from 40-years ago in the Falklands conflict of 1982.
Saturday last was the exact day 40 years ago the first British troops landed in San Carlos Bay, a packed chapel of over 120 people were deeply moved by the tribute video, poems from veterans and local people along with representatives from every sector of the armed forces both young and old.
We cannot thank the Military and Royal British Legion enough for their incredible contributions.
