Operations Director – Cremation, Burial and Memorial Parks
Job Purpose
To work with the CEO and the Leadership team to play a lead role in developing the business plan for the division. The role will then focus on the implementation and execution of the agreed strategy and business plan.
To lead the Crematoria Division as a fully accountable business unit, with end-to-end responsibility for financial performance, operational delivery, service standards and commercial development.
The role will drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across a multi-site operation, ensuring the division delivers high-quality service standards, strong financial returns and commercial goals and objectives, and a consistent, quality customer experience across all the sites in England, Wales and Scotland.
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours a week)
Home based with national travel – as required.
