Memoria Ltd has a new role available at Amber Valley Memorial Park and Crematorium near Swanwick, Derbyshire.

Head of Grounds Maintenance

Responsible for the maintenance of AVM gardens and grounds with the ability to multi-task across all the disciplines within the crematorium. This includes, chapel attending, cremating and office administration.

Experience Requirements

  • Some landscaping / gardening experience
  • Moderate IT Skills (Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel) / An administration package
  • Machinery operation is desirable but not essential
  • Some background with working in office environment / administration is desirable but not essential

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, customer relationship management, creative vision and the ability to multi task effectively.

IMPORTANT – The successful candidate will be given comprehensive training to ensure that he/she can multi-task across the 4 roles within the crematorium. All applicants MUST live within a 20 mile radius of the facility (DE55 1BH).

Salary: £19,000
